Letisha McFarlane Hadley

Letisha McFarlane Hadley is a DONA-trained Birth and Postpartum Doula and the Co-Founder of Yes Doula, a maternal wellness practice based in New Jersey and serving families nationwide, through in-person and virtual support.
Letisha provides steady, compassionate care throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. She helps families feel informed, supported, and confident during this important transition.
Birth Doula Support includes:
• Prenatal guidance and birth preparation
• Continuous support throughout labor and delivery
• Advocacy and emotional reassurance
Postpartum support includes:
• Emotional support and space to process the birth experience
• Guidance with newborn care, including soothing, sleep, and daily rhythms
• Feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, and/or bottle feeding)
• Practical, hands-on support to help ease the transition at home
• Light household assistance related to baby care (laundry, bottle prep, organization)
• Support for partners and siblings as the family adjusts
• Creating a calm, nurturing environment that promotes rest and recovery
Letisha has a special interest in supporting VBACs, unmedicated births, and helping women explore approaches that center trust, autonomy, and mind-body connection.
As a mother of three and lifelong caregiver, she brings formal training and lived experience to her work. She creates a grounding presence that helps families feel more at ease, supported, and connected during birth and the early weeks of parenthood.
Whether offering in-home care or virtual guidance, Letisha meets each family where they are, providing thoughtful, personalized support from pregnancy through postpartum.

The Orgasmic Birth Documentary

"Orgasmic Birth - The Best Kept Secret" is a powerful movie on birth that shows what the "Intimate nature of Birth" can be instead of what the status quo says it should be. I recommend all expecting mothers and partners to watch this film, even non clients.
